The first navigator came with free voice guidance and city guides for the life of the phone, the 6120, despite being an overall better phone, only came with 6 months free voice guidance - many reviewers felt that this was the killing blow for the phone, and it's certainly what turned me off getting it over my Omnia.

Nokia has a history of learning it's lessons and listening to it's customers (up to a point, of course).
