I have a separate USB dongle from 3 for £7.50 a month (which they paid me £30 to take in the first place) with a 7 gig allowance per month (have to sweet talk the call centre workers to give you better deals than they print).

I don't think $50 a month is a reasonable price so that you can use mobile broadband up to only 5gb per month. The apps that allow you to tether in a more secretive way clearly are a better solution. I thought Sprint was on the right course with their $99 simply everything plan, but this is pretty sad. i tether anytime im not home. very easily done, there are ways to get your codes without even talking sprint into giving you access to it if you look in the right places, will handle bluetooth or usb tether.
2 of my friends hopped on so this is actually the first time that ive been paid to use a phone
there is NO WAY IN HELL i would pay 150 for a service that is in essence just handling computing data rather than voice...

thats like telling me i have to use heinze ketchup on hot dogs but if i want to use it on a hamburger itll be an extra 20 bucks...
