A netbook is not5 defined by its size alone.  (you just made that up in your head).  A netbook is defined by its function.  Its function is not defined by its form factor.  Go back to Intel's definition of a netbook. <br><br>"Netbook" is the original term coined by Intel, maker of the netbook's Atom chip. Intel may not have intended netbooks to be small as a requirement, but that is the common usage of the word, and despite what you or the link you posted say, no one would ever think that a 17-inch notebook could be a netbook (except for you and maybe Intel, of course). I am still working on that whole laptop/notebook thing so who can really define what a netbook is they started out with 7" screens and go all the way to 10 or 12 now. I highly recommend the Lenovo S-10.<br>The X series, although, light, small, highly portable, is not a netbook. For one thing, netbooks SHOULD be cheap devices (relatively).
