The important differences are to be found in the way they perform, the features they offer and their UI (among other things).

All washing machines, tyres, dvd players, external HD, USB keys, etc, etc, are practically identical: do you think that means that the companies that produce these things copy each other?

Moreover this Lisse S10 is less similar to iRiver's SPINN than the iPhone was similar to LG Armani phone when it first came out.
