One of the things that I like about consoles is the level playing field, w. the exception of someone with a 52" LCD vs someone with a 22" CRT, most things are equal. This gives an undue advantage. Besides, all that is happening with any of these devices is a remapping of functions. Players are still limited to the same behavior as the controller and these are in no way comparable to actual mouse support on the PC. If you want to know what this is like, use XPadder to set up a custom dual-analog controller for your PC, map mouse to the stick used for aiming and whatever keys to whatever buttons, and then play Left 4 Dead PC using the Xbox 360 controller setup. I guarantee that you will absolutely hate it compared to using the normal mouse control. No instant 180-degree turns, no 1:1 relation between mouse movement and aiming, only pseudo-mouse support. The only players who will play better when using this will be those that can not use a controller well.

http://i43.tinypic.com/2r4pu8h.jpg

Shishka also knows the truth and thinks you're pathetic for crying about something you didn't bother to understand properly.

null

Comments on mLani introduces new "MoBi" FPS controller for PS3

Uh... look at their slideshow product showcase from their website.

http://www.mlani.com/

What a bunch of crap. unprofessional, looks like it was prepared in MS Paint and w/ useless images of cars....

Zoglog

Comments on mLani introduces new "MoBi" FPS controller for PS3

MOBI has been changed to 'The FRAGnStein'

they have a new site up at bannco.com

and it's available now!

ken
