Got one for a family member for xmas (the 200W by Garmin) at Target for 104.00 WOW.  She however needed one being in different hospitals every day of the week, and not knowing the routes for her new job. The navigon is HORRIBLE as a navigation device. Hard to use, hard to see. I couldn't even get the desktop software to recognize it. Contacted support and never heard back.
