Unfortunately, I seem to have the phone-upgrade bug, and I'm really excited for the Pre. That's why phones like these still get made. They sell good enough to justify their creation.

A lot of corporate types aren't going to use anything like a Pre, TouchPro, or iPhone. The Blackberry OS and a the un-skinned version of WinMo is popular because it's what they already know.

The crushing intuitiveness and quickness of my Centro made trudging through texting and general contact/data traversing on a Mogul pretty frustrating in comparison.

At least with Android, if I really REALLY hate how some default app does something, I can seamlessly write my own. And I will.

It's just sickly ironic that while Sprint was one of the first carriers to get on the Android support bandwagon when announced, that they're nowhere near even a rumor of an Android handset coming out. Heck, they even did this:

The Palm has ok battery life, and is good for email and adequate for music.

If you ever want to use the internet on it though goodluck with ie.

Comparative to the iphone the only plus of this device is the keyboard. But if you are using it only for work, then all is well. I tend to use one device for work and personal so this fell way short of requirements.

Also its apn handling is pretty poor and it resets all your nice settings if u remove the battery.]]>Mar 4th 2009 5:31PM
