With some of the bs american companies are pulling these days (ie Spansion, Qimonda, etc.), maybe their employee should be doing the same thing. It would stop some of these completely incompetent CEO's. Of ocurse I think a few public hangings for these corporate exectuvies might change the ways they treat their employees.

umd failures (never mind the psp itself compared to the ds or even the ipod touch)

overpriced underpowered laptops, the only company that is more overpriced and more underpowered then apple

ps3 can be considered a failure next to it's cousin the ps2 and the wii and 360

the mylo is a joke

their TV's are good quality but still overrated, samsung and panasonic are flying ahead of sony for tv's right now

blu-ray has two competitors, dvd and streaming and since both of those combined are over ten times bigger you can consider it a failure (nevermind china's format is going to steal alot of their revenue)

the only thing good thing I can say about sony is their dslr's and HD video cam's which they automatically get cause they are one of the biggest manufacturers of lenses

There laptops are some of the best there are. There Ultraportables like the TT and TZ show what the Apple Air should have been and not the underpowered crap it is .. Blu-ray is sony,

Psx, ps2, psp and ps3... all great products, (nintendo and microsoft are cool too)

Sony dropped the ball on the PS3, but the PS2 is still the god of gaming, barely a week goes that I don't regret leaving it behind when I moved.

Anyway, you can get PCs which blow PS3s out of the water, if specs are you care about ;) Then again, we're you a fanboy for PS2 when Xbox had the same marketing? u r blind- no the ps3 has a slower gpu then the xbox 360 but a faster cpu which is near to useless if you don't have the gpu power to back it up and I was saying both apple and sony are overpriced, I completely agree with you the macbook air is a massive POS, so are thett and tz compared to other pc's in it's price range

cyber demon- for power to price sony is auctually more overpriced then apple in several area's that's saying alot because apple notebook's are also drastically overpriced, I did'nt say the ps2 was a failure I said the opposite you idiot, thankyou for agreeing with me on the umd, but cause of that the psp became sortof a failure, and I've bought 4 psp's cause 3 of them have had their screen's shattered.

sony tv's are excellent quality, I own one but I later found out it was overpriced, uh yeh I know that about blu-ray, the gaming system's are cool but all still a failure compared to others (except for the ps2), ebook readers are a new technology and sony was late to the party making them slightly overpriced compared to the other alternative (amazon kindle), sony is still in my top 10 but it used to be my top 1 and I'm angry there going down a bad slippery slope

you say the gpu in the ps3 is slower but have you taken into account the differences between nvidia and ati architecture? why dont you compare a GTX260 and na HD4870 and see how too well matched gpu's have completely different specs
