I think we all wanted Atom to be more like CULV, enough "oomph" to run Linux or XP, super-efficient, and scalable for different purposes (i.e. GPU for a low-voltage HTPC). Atom is a bit of a power hog when compared to the Celeron that powered the original 7-inch Eee PC's, and CULV seems to be more in that line. If it is battery life you want, then CULV FTW!<br><br>P.S. Please AMD, I used to love you, why can't you just be more like that Intel across the street.
