It's not really worth using a tablet without either of those. Why oh why doesn't anybody release a netbook with a pointing stick? I'm not a touchpad fan in any case, but on a machine this small it just doesn't make any sense to use a cramped touchpad, no matter what your opinions are about which is better for a larger machine.
