Both have laptops that come in at $2099. The Sony only slightly edges out with things such as an sd card reader, slightly more resolution and bigger hard drive, while the Macbook has an entirely metal design, DDR3 ram and OSX.<br><br>VERY comparable yet because Sony arent in the "limelight" they dont get ragged on about their prices like Apple do. I just find it funny that people dont think their are segments in the markets and all all facets of life you DO pay more for brands and looks. From cars to clothes to electronics, not that they perform any better. The Sony edges out specs wise but both cost $2099 and no the comparable Sony doesnt come with a blu ray drive or ssd.
