Just because you enjoy the finer things in life doesnt make you a douche. I know people who have range rovers and i've ridden in them. They are a very smooth ride! If you have the money than there is nothing wrong with buying the nicer things out there. The only thing that makes something like this douchy are people who buy it not for the quality, but for the show aspect ( and usually those people are the one's who CAN'T afford it in the first place, putting themselves into unneeded debt.... i think we all know where this happens the most...) and the wealthy who are tacky and have to customize it, with stuff like the strut package ( gold grill, satelite tv, obnoxious colour purple... we have one of those in town...)

iceman2929

Comments on 2010 Range Rover gets 12-inch 'dual view' touchscreen

You're right, in a way.

But I don't know the Land Rover situation in America, but down here, if something breaks on your range rover, expect to wait several months and several thousand dollars to get if fixed. Range Rover, not so much, it's essentially a sports car with a big body shell.

Sorry, I get rather heated when it comes to stuff like this, Off roading is something of a passion for me, and I hate seeing people buy perfectly good 4WDs and then putting 20 inch rims on it and never taking it off road.

CJ

Comments on 2010 Range Rover gets 12-inch 'dual view' touchscreen

These companys need to take a look at the Microsoft sync system Ford uses.
