Any entries (download of apps) received between 12:01 a.m. EDT on April 10, 2009 and the one billionth download is equally capable of winning a prize. It doesn't matter if you are the billionth download or not. So if you download one app, you have one chance at winning a prize. If you download 1000 apps, you have 1000 chances of winning a prize. It doesn't matter when you download an app. Each download has an equal chance of winning a prize.

And the prizes are separate. One person wins a 17" Macbook Pro. Another person wins the iPod Touch (32GB), third will win a $10,000 iTunes Gift Certificate, and a fourth person will win an Apple Time Capsule.
