Though for the PS3 there could be some special deals, after all, Sony Pictures is one of the big six movie studios and Sony have some leverage on Netflix in that they're providing a lot of content for Netflix on the 360, so why would Sony want the same terms that the 360 has for the PS3?

I mean think about it...

the MAIN reason they went 360 first was most likely because of way they Stream using MS technology anyways(Silverlight, etc.), well maybe that and MS cut them a check.

Once they figure oout a way to stream other than using that MS code then they will be able to bring it to other consoles AND devices. The Silverlight version of the Netflix player is actually new and just an alternate version that you have to opt in to use (although maybe new subscribers are forced to use it).
