Apple says they can't build a notebook for under $500 that wouldn't be a piece of junk, yet this company managed to build a piece of junk for only $150.  What're they building these computers out of?  Recycled cardboard?  Anyway, if they're building it for third-world countries, what does it matter.  Any computer is better than having none at all.
