If Big Brother wants to track you, you are trackable. The best way is not to do anything against big brother, and try to vote the brothers, which will not use it against the inoccent. Using such scanning against violent people is for the good of the rest. I would vote for all the scanning etc. if i would not meet thieves, murderers ... on the streets. Problems have always been that it needs contact and it has always been slow.
