Ibuypower was basically impossible to contact. Both failures happened within the year warranty period, but their tech support staff (such that it was - kind of like calling a rusty toy wagon a sports car) basically could care less.

I've heard similar reports from friends who bought from them and Cyberpower (owned by the same people).

Just sayin, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
