motorola keep on making the same old mobiles that seem cheap and tacky. while other mobiles such as the iphone and N95 are jsut flying ahead.

Last time I looked, Apple does not behave this way. In fact they go to the other extreme, releasing new versions of stuff fairly quickly. If your assertion was correct, then the current iPod would be the Classic, and that would be it. In the last 8 years they have gone from the original iPod to the Touch, introduced a completely different OS (OS 9 -> OS X), completely changed the architecture of their computers (PPC -> Intel), gone from the fruit colors to white to black and aluminum computer designs and entered a new market and introduced a completely new phone.

The only thing I could possibly agree with you on is the case for the Mac Pro. The Mac Book Pro case was getting a bit old, but they just completely redesigned that.

They need to build something people want again. Build an Android phone and DAMN the carrier and make able to use AT&T. I for one will shell out my money to buy it w/o contract.

The RAZR was THE generic phone for about 2 years. If you saw a phone in TV show or a movie, they were likely using RAZRs If the RAZR2 had come out about 6 months earlier and $100 cheaper we might be singing a different tune right now.
