All the reviews I have read say that this area was 'necessary' to make it so slim but that it makes the computer unnecessarily front heavy. If you hold it in your lap or on any uneven surface its natural tendency will be to flip over and on to the floor.

Im all for Dell and others designing cooler looking products but I think thats a pretty significant shortcut.

Also price is too high and performance is weak

But I'd pay $400 for Win 7, Dual Core Atom (220?), 2GB ram and Ion. It only needs improvement in performance. Make it slightly thicker, still keep it solid, add a more powerful CPU and GPU, and you definitely have a winner here!
