It's big and bulky so you can't fit it in your pocket, it has only a WQVGA resolution at 4.3 in so it's pixelated, no wifi, no anything, and has less storage than the 32gb ipod touch? You're essentially saying that a Honda Civic Coupe sucks compared to a BMW M3 Sedan because it has less room and less horsepower. So right now you could put a 16GB micro SD card in there and have the same size as the iPod Touch, for less. When docked, the tablet could be charged, and when undocked, the tablet would have a touchscreen and have synced documents, mail, calendar, music, etc... that could be taken on the go.
