And yet it is still marketed as "Full HD" to mislead consumers into assuming it records using 2 effective megapixels and outputs 1080p. You have to admire Panasonic's market department for doing its job well. I wonder what they would call 1920x1080p? I use my cameras to shoot and edit videos. Sometimes, however, someone else has to operate the camera and I always tell me them to give around three seconds of recording before starting the scene (easier to edit and gives you room to make the scenes flow).
