I'm guessing it won't have google's apps, right?  <br>If that's the case then it's certainly not worth it.  Plus, I hate exchange.<br><br>Anyways, it makes perfect sense that it can't be part of stock Android, since stock Android is free and open.  Dunno what that would have to do with "with Google" unless Google has a clause saying they won't let their apps be on a proprietary build perhaps.
