I'm a Verizon user, and I'm in the market to purchase a new phone this summer, and this is the one I've kept my eyes on.

I get a discount through my Dad's job on a monthly data plan but I'm not paying more than $250 for the phone. Of course, a large part of that is because they positioned the Touch Pro as a very business device to the total exclusion of any other potential market.
