If it's some gimmick solution like SurePress, then not so much. The problem with capacitive touch keyboards like the iPhone and new Android phone is NOT the lack of confirmation that you pressed a key, but the lack of tactile information on where the keys are so you can line up your thumbs and type without looking. That will never be solved with feedback mechanisms, sounds, vibrations, and other gimmicky nonsense that people will just turn off.
