They can stick it in their pouch with no problem at all. Great for them to watch TV hopping around in the outback.

Are they really designing devices with no demand behind them? That seems rather foolish. I think the size is just fine for watching videos or if it could play some games. If I could hook up a small keyboard to it, then that would make it even more practical. Six hours battery life would be decent.

iphonerulez

Comments on

Wake me when we see moblin for phones actually running on this.

Grindboy

Comments on

I am truly excited for moblin on cell phones along with netbooks. I tried the beta (should have been called alpha....) a couple of weeks ago and the interface is amazing. If they can transfer that appropriately to a mobile phone, I think it will be a strong competitor with other mobile phone operating systems.

JohnWesleyHarding

Comments on

Will that also have cell phone capabilities?

legacycream

Comments on

Question: Why Mobilin? Moblin (intel) is OS in every aspect, from the drivers on up. Android (Google android market? google is a search engine which involves web ads) is a marketing scheme from the getgo, and as such it 'needed' true competition from a hardware (if not a carrier) standpoint, if for no other reason. Moblin has no 'market' nor is it tied to a carrier. It does require embedded intel graphics and an intel cpu. Intel, I have no problems with. Google, I do. Google has become monopolistic and overbearing on the web and now they want your hardware too?-NOT

john
