A-Data's SD cards are notorious for this -- they're thinner than other brands, but they also fall apart quickly -- literally.  I had a camera's SD slot stop working because an A-Data card left bits of plastic inside when I pulled the card out. Their stuff has never fallen apart on me, and their flash memory is dirt cheap.
