I figured BD was supposed to run well on a properly equipped PC, I see articles about nettops and such doing 1080p... it seemed logical to me. I'm not talking about Blu Ray writable, just ROM to view movies. You can but an internal or external drive, and even some laptops come with a BD drive OEM, like the dell studio XPS 16. Thats where I was drawing my conclusions from.<br><br>@ Mile...<br>Dude, the iPhone shit is just annoying, its bad enough its all Engadget seems to care about, but why inject it here. I've encountered the argument of "putting all eggs in one basket without a chance to replace the parts" back in the early 80's, but it must be a concern that has been around since people discovered they could invent things.  The same logic could be made about 20mb hard drives way back then, about laptops, walkmans, pdas, smartphones, integrated mother boards, you name it.
