You can then download this to your computer and then compare this data to events throughout your day to pinpoint what might be causing your poor sleep score. The downside is that when you can't sleep any little thing starts to both you. Trying to sleep with this on your head will probably drive you nuts, unless you are already sleeping well and will have time to adjust to sleeping with this on. If it's lots of stray thoughts, e.g. mind just not shutting up, you can do something about if, read A New Earth by E. Tolle for example. It will tell you how to observe your own mind's thoughts rather than getting taken over by them. I mean, who's running the show up there, you right? And you want to go to sleep, not think about a zillion things. Obviously being woken from a light sleep is better then being forced out of a deep sleep. The thing on your forehead doesn't push into the pillow, because you turn your head to the side when you sleep face down. I am already hooked up to a face mask connected to a CPAP machine when I sleep to maintain positive pressure in my airway to help me sleep at night. <br><br>Currently the CPAP machine already monitors my breathing.
