I can now run from 7am to 8pm with all settings enabled (wifi. 3g, gps) with normal use watching videos on youtube. Its like a 25-50% increase over precupcake firmware. Why are you using a 2G phone?  Is that really your primary smartphone?<br><br>Josh, I thought you guys were going to do some thorough battery testing on the Pre.  What happened to that?  I guess you guys have been busy lately...<br><br>Do you guys think that RIM is at risk of heading down the same road that Palm went down a few years ago (i.e. Palm let its OS stagnate and it went from 1st in smartphone sales in the U.S. to last, primarily because the company wasn't innovating enough)? Mine was pretty bad as well until I turned off GPS in the Location Services.  Once I did that, I use the phone all day and my battery is about 60% by the time I go to bed.
