A NiMH battery has a power density of 0.11-0.29 MJ/kg or 250-1000 W/kg while a Li Ion battery has 0.58 MJ/kg or 1800 W/kg. (MJ as in Megajoules.)
The higher power density the battery has, the stronger and more efficient it is and this is what Plothole is asking about. How much energy can the battery hold when it has a specified amount of 1kg mass and where will it fit in among the different types of rechargeable batteries.

Even if the battery shown only holds 0.4mAh and appears to be weak it's only because it's extremely small.
