I bought my computer a while back in october. And I'm running Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 (that it came with). If I buy Windows 7 upgrade will I be able to upgrade it? People say I need a product key, did my computer come with it or do I have to have a vista box? Because my computer came with vista. And I'm still not sure if I should get Home Premium or Professional. Because I'm 16 and all I do is school work, video games, music, video and surfing the web.

Nam

Comments on Engadget Podcast 152 - 06.26.2009: The Day the Music Died 2

Don't worry, you'll be able to upgrade. All you need to do is find the product key, which isn't that hard. If you have a laptop, its probably on the bottom in a sticker that has the Microsoft logo on it. It's slow, buggy, has nonsensical UI and honestly I'm quite sure this carries over to the n97 in some capacity. Symbian user's scream about great applications but the fact is they really don't exist these days, most things hit the iphone and windows mobile/blackberry first. Nokia also can't make up their mind on where to go from here, Maemo and Qt framework, s60 v5 and just stick with it? Nokia has the money to just tabula rasa and get a new fast OS going, but just don't seem to want to. I don't know, my next phone will probably be a 3GS because I just can't justify sticking with Nokia because it feels like a detriment to my ability to work on the go. The HTC Hero would have rocked one year ago, now it just feels underpowered and low storage.

nick

Comments on Engadget Podcast 152 - 06.26.2009: The Day the Music Died 2

I'm getting all teary eyed now.

ehru

Comments on Engadget Podcast 152 - 06.26.2009: The Day the Music Died 2

-1

Show some class.

Phineas J.
