Having fewer MP could mean better sensetivity as proven by Panasonics LX3 (10MP on a fairly large 1/1.6" sensor).

Given little light underwater this is what you want! Unfortunately they don't tell, there are no specs on the lens (a depressing thing), one can't tell.
But I fear it will have a tiny sensor and the image qualety will be in Cell phone land.

For cameras, they just license the brand to other companies. So this is a random no-name Chinese-sourced camera with 'Agfa' stuck on.
