My second thought is If I (or most adults) could fit in it the center of gravity would be so high that cornering is bound to be an issue. It looks to be designed like a car so you do all your turning with your front wheels but most likely lose any ability to lean like a bike (not to mention the wheels don't look to have much play in the turns either, the rims practically sit on the road). The only thing is that its not waterproof, but seriously, these are a great idea, but they should just aim for something relatively inexpensive so lots of people can afford them as a second vehicle for commuting/errands, simple (gas/diesel powered), that'll get you 40-60mpg.
