I have the 8GB and have proven its durability drinking it our of the bottom of a glass of Guiness!!  It's been through the was a couple times (easily misplaced doesn't begin to describe it). So that's fast enough, and it comes in 24k gold! Apparently there are 2 different designs, one with a a sliding mechanism. "while the 32GB Pico E, with a patent-pending sliding lid, is available with 24K gold plating."<br><br>This sounds like a really good flash drive, everything I've been looking for, fast, small, colorful, durable, and best of all pretty cheap! $85 for a non-hardware encrypted model (I've got bitlocker from vista ultimate, probably the only thing worth spending good money on the Bill Gates "Signature Edition" of the OS, or of course there's always Truecrypt. The design was awesome, very tiny. Speeds were great as expected. The problem was that the darn thing died after a week of use. I RMA'd the thumb drive and got another one. This one died within 3 days. I RMA'd it again and instead got my money back. Everything about it is nice, except I've never owned anything by super talent, they seem a little cheap. And I know how it is to spend good money on a flash drive and have it just die, only I never got to RMA, ordered a 32GB OCZ ATV drive for $156 and it died after about 2 months, I never got a receipt for it so I couldn't RMA. It still works fine & it's plugged into my PC right now. I don't take any extra care with it, just sits on my key chain with the rest of my keys.
