I love how people always claim that they are gonna sell their ipod touch/iphone and get a product that hasn't even hit the market yet. Its one of the dumbest things I see on Engadget. I don't care if you sell your ipod for 2 more hits on your meth pipe. Honestly, I agree with you. I do not see this device making a dent in the iPod Touch market unless it sells for half the price and has a very active development community that makes some compelling content. Right now the momentum is quite clearly with the Touch so Creative not only needs to produce better hardware but they also need to ensure that compelling content is available for it on release in order for existing or potential Touch owners to choose the Zii over Apple's products. That is a very tough ask and since Creative never really cracked the iPod market, I don't see them cracking the Touch market either.
