Palm sells the devices to Sprint, who sells it to the channel. So if this is $99, Sprint is partially responsible. Concerning Letstalk.com I can vouch they are legit. The only thing I noticed when I ordered from them, is that they require you to keep the contract for 6 months. In that time frame if you make any changes, they ask you to go through them. Or they charge you a fee... You're wrong. GSM IS NOT capable of simultaneous voice; its 3G solution, W-CDMA/HSPA (which is based off of CDMA) is capable of it.
