This could be the first Logitech mouse I take as a serious replacement for my gaming mice and here's why...

I've used Razer mice ever since the Boomslang 2000 (The original one that cost $100). From the time that mouse came out I have been through 5 Razer mice (2 Boomslangs and 3 Copperheads, each replaced under warranty) ONLY because each mouse stopped working. Note these were all used on my desktop and not betten up.

Now go back 3-4 years when I purchased a Logitech MX-518 for my laptop. It's still just as good as when I first bought it and it has had the crap beat out of it by sitting in my laptop backpack. As someone who has found all wireless mice tested not good enough, the only thing I don't like about wired mice is thick, heavy, inflexible cords

My only grip with it is that the right button is a bit loose.
