Touch seems to be more responsive than the N97/5800, although still looks like a pain when he's trying to scroll over the photos. Not utilizing the accelerometer to rotate pictures? WTF? Hopefully that will be implemented in the final version. Touch to focus is nice. Seems like an nice alternative and is filling the gap for S60 that Nokia is ignoring. But a stylus? *shudder

Aino: No touchscreen? SE's dumbphone OS? Forget it.

Problem with SE is, regardless of how nice their phones are, it will take them ages to release them in the US, sometimes a year AFTER other countries like Asia/Europe. It seems that US always get the leftovers. Of course, it doesn't help that providers like AT&T are crippling and installing their own firmware that put the phone to a crawl. Ridiculous.
Come on SE, wheres your Android phone?

pika2000

Comments on Bring popcorn: Youserbase reviews Sony Ericsson's Satio and Aino smartphones on video

Regarding the phones coming to the US. But they still cherry pick certain models to be sold unlocked, and other sold provider-locked thru the carriers. That's bull. For example, look at the SE W760. Europe & Asia got his phone last year. Instead of just selling it unlocked, SE gave it to AT&T, and now that phone is provider-locked, slowed down by AT&T's junk, and 1 year late.

pika2000

Comments on Bring popcorn: Youserbase reviews Sony Ericsson's Satio and Aino smartphones on video

I'd like to make an annoucement, and since I'm bored, i'll make it with caps locked:

PHONES WITH RESISTIVE SCREEN AND STYLUS ARE NOT MADE FOR YOU AMERICANS!!!!!
