This post has cast those hopes into the darkness forever. Apple was striving to copy Archos and various touch screen phones when they released the iPod Touch/iPhone by your logic- not just trying to put out a competitive product and push a market further? What makes this PMP, the Zune, or any other comparably featured device an "imitation"?
