Overall, I think the survey sounds like a spoof. The thing that tipped me off was the reference to the device as an 'iTouch'. Apple doesn't sell that product. It's marketed as the iPod Touch and I just don't see Borders referring to it by such a colloquial name. Now, if the survey is by a third party and someone failed to spell-check then perhaps it's legit.
