I'm very aware of what the promotion is meant to do but the terms and conditions include the ipod touch, so unless the name is changed I don't see an issue with returning it for the new one. Apple only states that if a return or exchange is made that a copy of that receipt must also be included. I have until October to file so I'm hoping it works out. I'm spending 2700-2800 dollars on a laptop they should humor me. The crappy thing is Apple has NEVER thrown in adapters or cases or anything. You probably don't hear rumors about the nano or classic because nothing interesting is really happening with them. In fact, the Classic probably going to die either this year or next (certainly next year if the iPod Touch reaches 128GB for $399). iPhone 3GS was announced on June 9 and went on sale on June 19, and the 9th would have been the perfect time to announce the Beatles availability. Michael Jackson died on June 25. He is (was) the owner of the Beatles catalog, but his estate is still up in the air (and probably will be for a while). Who developed what is long moot, Apple did the newton before wintablet, but whatever startrek did it years before, or robotech - they had tablets, flat panels, augmented. No one made anything, we all did.

I so hope there is no tablet, I use, sell and support Apple products but i am so sick of the tablet story. It's endless and boring.

It's not going to be all these bizzare stupid names. It's pretty obvious they have cleared the deck for MacBook, get it mac-book, I mean I don't know shit but it is bleedingly obvious.

The Beatles, that is nearly as recurring as the tablet form story. Anyway if you don't already have as much of the Beatles music as you want whAt have you been doing for the last 30+ years, who cares if it goes on iTunes or download from whereever. It's not like that will be makes it available.
