China Mobile does have the TD-SCDMA 3G network, Mini 3i has no 3G probably because Dell doesn't want to develop their first handset based on a Chinese domestic standard. China Mobile also sells plenty of phones with Wifi, such as the Lenovo O1, they just have to use WAPI security standard instead of WPA/WPA2. In that case what the heck does the Chinese provider need Dell for? why cant they manufacture their phones themselves , and put that extra money on infrastructure development rather than paying for DELL logo?
