Its roughly equal to the intel culv chips that are starting to appear but the neo has worse battery life and produces more heat. As for graphics, and Amd chip will never be run on an Intel board. I'm thinking of going for the dv2.  How is the battery life?  I already know portability is great. Atom >> Neo on efficiency, but I'm not sure how X1250 stacks up vs. GMA4500... plus most of the power consumption in a netbook is the screen anyway, so my guess is a little worse battery life overall than an Intel system, but comparable enough that you'd most likely plump for AMD for the graphics alone.
