On a similar note, when the displays hit 600Hz, they should be able to display PAL, NTSC, ATSC and 108024/25fps without any artifacts. In the end, people don't want pictures that blur. They want them to be fast. I wonder when we'll see full fledged processors in televisions. I'd definitely buy a TV if I knew that it could process video data from the web or from a DVD faster/smoother than another TV.

Samsung needs a value line of HDTVs to try and undercut Vizio. Few weeks ago, I did see a Samsung LED TV. Wow, the picture quality is amazing! And the thickness was less than 2inches! My Pioneer Kuro looks like an obese panel compared to these Samsung LEDS.
