This really is the same thing as what AMD and Intel were doing back in the day when FSB speeds jumped from 100/133Hz to 800/1066Hz.<br><br>In the end, people don't want pictures that blur.  They want them to be fast.  I wonder when we'll see full fledged processors in televisions.  I'd definitely buy a TV if I knew that it could process video data from the web or from a DVD faster/smoother than another TV.<br><br>Samsung needs a value line of HDTVs to try and undercut Vizio. I think they surpassed Sony for quality, especially when the cost is a factor.<br><br>Few weeks ago, I did see a Samsung LED TV.  Wow, the picture quality is amazing!  And the thickness was less than 2inches!
