(I, for one, am impressed with the tasteful use of Swarovski, which is usefully as tastefully used as glitter.) Same thing that many digital cameras have to tag photos taken in a portrait orientation and auto rotate them on a landscape oriented screen to playback correctly. Some DSLRs also use them to change the orientation of the status displays on their LCDs to match the camera's portrait orientation.<br><br>Just because the iPhone's accelerometer gives you the same function--automatically adjusting from landscape to portrait orientation and vice versa, doesn't mean everything that does that has an accelerometer.
