Can't they produce low voltage quad cores?

Couldn't they just create 1024 cores at 50Mhz, I remember having a 486 that was really snappy. It just couldn't shift enough memory around when it came to Windows 95, the problem was never the mhz it was the memory throughput. That may be true, but the words

"...set to launch on September 7th, with the first markets to get shipments being Taiwan, China, and Europe. Details are scarce beyond that and there's no mention of price..."

don't really lend too much confidence. The fact that MSI is even involved with this posting at all is a disappointment in and of itself (they NEVER release their products to the US, it seems)
