You are not alone. I've been wanting this for years now. This also helps with A/V Receivers that output audio to multiple zones since they typically require an analog signal for those zones. Now you can have your PS3 audio distributed throughout your house without changing the settings. You need to go to the 1080p TV first, set it to 720p, then do the swap. I read you are suppose to hold the on button for like 5 seconds before connecting to the new TV and the rez will reset but I haven't been able to get that to work. I was only bummed that i didnt have BC because of GOW 1 and 2.
