Some of us actually do business stuff while on the road or traveling and want something that's really light but also powerful. Sure, I could get a Netbook and use it for SQL Server and C#, but I really wouldn't want to, that's for sure. I'm sure Sony is selling less than they used to, but they are still after a different segment than a Netbook is. I guess it depends on what you want to do with it. If it was just surfing the internet and word processing, I think I like the style of this better. I'd want to check build quality and durability before picking this though. Usually sony builds some pretty durable products, but this thing is really thin and light.
