They need to counter the sync before they leave Pre users lampooned.  How about this Palm?  Make your own f*cking media sync application.  BlackBerry did it.  Windows Mobile kind does it but won't sync AAC/AAC+. I will just take my business to Amazon MP3 which is all DRM Free with most songs at $0.99 and iTunes+ usually higher at $1.29.
