Of course this looks nearly identical to a Macbook Pro, only someone with an extreme disdain for apple would say otherwise, down to the exact same black bevel and button less track-pad. Only major difference from this perspective is they decided to put the air vents in the front instead of the back, in fact i wouldn't be surprised if they only took a 15in MBP flipped the vents, upped the specs and put an HP sticker on it. Put an apple sticker on it and nobody would even stop to notice it really wasn't one. Oh yeah, also wish this comp didn't cost $2k+.<br><br>I think it's better to wait until intel's pushing out their 34nm line (or whatever it is).  Less power, less heat, better on battery life, better for laptops. Aside from the incredibly horrible customer service, their laptops are infamous for failing shortly after warranty expiration. A quick search at getsatisfaction.com will show you all you need to know. I've had a bunch of hp laptops and I can say that their customer service is nothing short of amazing. I talked to them about my tv tuner failing, 2-3 days later I had a new tv tuner at my door and I didn't even have to send my old one back.
